The ME Council and Arab Barometer Partner to Advance Evidence-Based Policy in MENA

The Middle East Council on Global Affairs (ME Council) and Arab Barometer signed Memorandum of Understanding to integrate public opinion research into regional policy dialogue and promote evidence-based decision-making across the Middle East and North Africa.

Through this partnership, the two institutions will combine the ME Council’s deep expertise in public policy, regional dialogue, and convening power with Arab Barometer’s leading role in generating reliable, data-driven insights into public opinion throughout the region.

This collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between research and policymaking by translating empirical data into informed public discourse and meaningful reform. Together, the ME Council and Arab Barometer will help shape regional conversations on critical issues such as governance, economic development, and social inclusion.

The partnership will kick off with a series of joint initiatives, including in-depth reports on shifts in public opinion and their policy implications, country-focused analyses, short analysis, and policy briefs. Additionally, the two organizations will co-host policy dialogues and webinars to spotlight public perspectives on key issues shaping the region’s future.
